Harper Nicole Arrives
After about 12 hours of labor pains I decided that we should go to the hospital and see if we could meet Harper. I called Kris and he met me at my dad's house. My dad took this picture of us. This picture was the last time we were a family of three.
We were at the hospital for about three hours when my doctor decided that it was time to get ready for my c-section. I'm happy that my parents brought Peyton in right before we left for the OR.
Here's Kris getting ready!
Harper Nicole is born! Kris said it only took seven minutes for her to get here, much faster than Peyton. She was born August 18th at 6:26pm. She was seven pounds, 10 ounces and 20 inches long.
Peyton loves her baby sister.
Grandpa Philpot holding Harper. Peyton doesn't want us to forget she's the big sister.

Peyton Turns TWO!
We had a little party with our family to celebrate Peyton's birthday. It's hard to believe that she is two already. Time really does fly by. Earlier in the week we took her to her first movie. Although she didn't make it all the way through, it was a lot of fun. Her favorite part was the popcorn and trying to play with some little girls that were also watching the movie.
Peyton has been such a blessing in our lives. I can't imagine life without her. We love you so much Petyon!

Winter Break Fun
I love Winter break! It is so nice to have so much time to spend with Peyton. In fact I barely let her out of my sight. On one of the days off we all headed into Vegas.
First we went to Red Robin because I was starving. Peyton loved the ice cream as you can see.
After that we did some shopping, then we took her to the Las Vegas Outlet mall to ride the carousel. She just learned how to do a "cheesy smile". So cute. It was a great day.
